Originally written as an observational critique of today’s media-saturated culture, “Cult Leader” confronts a world where everyone is demanding attention, loyalty, and influence. The song challenges listeners to pause and question who–and what–they are choosing to follow, asking whether blind allegiance comes at a greater cost than we realize. Jason Wisdom’s remix amplifies that tension, giving the track a darker, more kinetic pulse that heightens its urgency.

XIII Minutes is an American alternative metal band from Tulsa, Oklahoma, formed in late 2015. The current lineup features Jerrod Cunningham on lead vocals, Thomas Wheat on guitar and backing vocals, and Jamie Kucinski on drums.
