Reading, PA – October 31, 2025 – With a blistering guitar riff and an unflinching message of truth, “Identity Theft” (available now via NRT Music) is the latest high-energy single from Christian rock artist Mr. Weaverface.

Drawing from his own story of deliverance and transformation, the song speaks directly to those struggling with self-worth, lies, and confusion about who they are. “Identity Theft” opens with gritty guitars and raw emotion, calling out deception and pointing listeners back to the ultimate source of truth. Mr. Weaverface’s heartfelt plea reminds listeners that true identity is only found in Christ, the One who reveals the truth and anchors us in who we are meant to be.

Blending the intensity of ’90s alternative rock with faith-driven conviction, Mr. Weaverface channels the likes of Foo Fighters, Smashing Pumpkins, and U2 into anthems of spiritual warfare and victory. His songs are grounded in Scripture and his personal journey of deliverance, sanctification, and supernatural encounters–all shared to bring hope and freedom to others. Since 2022, he has performed alongside Skillet, Crowder, Colton Dixon, Ben Fuller, The Protest, Behold the Beloved, Magdalene Rose, Devin Williams, and Matt Sassano, appearing at major festivals such as SoulFest, Agape Festival, SoulStock, Signal Boost Festival, HOPE Christian Music Festival, and Ichthus Music Festival.

Radio has embraced his songs from the start. Two tracks from his Jesus Is Alive EP–”Jesus Is Alive” and “I May Never Die”–were featured on 90.3 FM WJTL’s Some Sort of Rock Show and named among the station’s Top 60 Songs of ’22. In 2023, “These Lungs,” inspired by his near-death battle with COVID-19, earned the #21 spot on the show’s Top 60 Songs of ’23, while “Thorn In My Flesh” was praised by Louder Than The Music. His breakthrough single, “Above All Names,” became a charting hit, spending 26 weeks on the Christian Music Weekly Top 25 Rock chart and peaking at #6. It was also nominated for Rock Song of the Year by the We Love Christian Music Awards.

His next release, “O God, Help Me,” remained on the CMW charts for 34 weeks, spent 10 weeks in the Top 10, and peaked at #5. The track was also chosen as the featured song for Stand Firm: A Light in the Shadows, a Christian anime series from Lamb Light Studios whose premiere trailer has surpassed 175,000 YouTube views.

Following his breakout success with “O God, Help Me” and “Above All Names,” Mr. Weaverface continues to push the boundaries of modern rock while staying true to his mission. “My Soul Is Not For Sale,” another standout single, is a faith-driven anthem declaring freedom from the pull of a world that can’t satisfy. With its driving guitar riff and bold message, it confronts the empty promises of a world that tries to buy our allegiance, reminding listeners that true strength comes from standing firm in identity and purpose, no matter the pressure to compromise.

“Identity Theft” is available now on all streaming platforms.
